Nourished

$34.00

For the kind of depletion you can't push through.

There is a slow unraveling that happens when we've given too much of ourselves for too long.

You're holding it all together, you're showing up as you do, yet beneath the surface your body feels stretched thin, tender, and overwhelmed.

Sleep doesn't quite touch it. Coffee doesn't quite fix it.

Nourished was created for this state.

This deeply restorative herbal blend works to rebuild what chronic stress and constant output slowly wear down. With mineral-rich nettle and oatstraw to replenish the body, and motherwort to steady and support the emotional heart, it helps guide your system back to a place of strength, calm, and resilience.

Over time, you begin to feel more like yourself again: grounded, supported, and no longer running on empty.

Why You’ll Reach for Nourished:

  • You feel tired, but also wired or easily overwhelmed
  • You’ve been pushing through stress for too long
  • Your body feels depleted, even when you’re “doing everything right”
  • You want to feel steady, grounded, and truly restored

Healing Properties:

  • Deep Mineral Replenishment & Restoration
Nettle and oatstraw provide essential plant-based minerals that help rebuild the body after stress, fatigue, and long periods of output, supporting lasting vitality at a foundational level.
  • Nervous System Support & Steady Calm
Oatstraw and motherwort help soothe an overworked nervous system, easing tension and reducing that easily overwhelmed, reactive feeling.
  • Emotional Grounding & Heart Support
Motherwort is traditionally used to support the emotional heart, helping to release tension held in the chest and create a greater sense of steadiness and inner ease.

The Experience:

This is not a quick burst of energy. It is a gradual return to feeling replenished, where your energy is more stable, your body feels supported, and your capacity to handle stress begins to expand.

How to Use:

Take daily as a ritual of restoration. Shake well. Take 35 drops (about 1 full dropperful) 1-3 times daily. Add to water, tea, or take directly. Best used consistently over time to rebuild and replenish.

A Note on Formulation:

This blend draws on deeply nutritive and time-honored herbs known for their ability to restore the body after depletion. Rather than stimulating energy, it works at a foundational level, supporting the systems that allow true, sustainable vitality to return.

Tincture Blends: The herbs merge their properties in the process of maceration and enhance one another’s actions. There is a catalytic effect from this merging and blending of energies. The whole becomes greater than the parts.

Tincture drops can be put directly under tongue, diluted in water, or put in hot water to drink as tea—the alcohol evaporates and the medicine stays in the water. A 2 oz bottle usually lasts about 2 months, depending on your dose and how often you take it. Tinctures have a 5 year shelf life when stored out of extreme heat and direct sunlight.

Key Ingredients:

  • Nettle: Densely nutritional plant. Also helpful for soothing allergies.*
  • Oatstraw: A superior cardiac tonic. A nutritional nervine, good for the nervous system and joints.*
  • Motherwort: Motherwort carries a protective "medicine". She eases anxiety and lends a feeling of overall support, strengthens the heart and circulatory system, and stimulates digestion. A traditional remedy, used for the problems associated with menopause and menstruation. I also find this herb very helpful for grounding myself. A bitter traditionally used for anxiety and heart palpitations.*

The Ritual

Create a ritual out of brewing and drinking these teas by making a large mason jar at night before going to bed. Allow the tea to infuse on your counter overnight.

In the morning, strain your tea (save the herbs for a second brew) and drink as much as you'd like prior to reaching for your coffee, while watching the sun rise.

Add hot water to the herbs to brew a second jar and sip on the tea throughout the day. Warm the tea, on the stove, as needed. Try this ritual with the Nourish tea blend. Notice the changes you feel after a month or two of implementing this ritual.

Start unwinding around 4:00pm, this corresponds to the Fall Season energetically, by brewing a large mason jar of the Moonlit tea. Savour it throughout the evening and if possible while watching the sunset.

"When tea becomes ritual,it takes its place at the heart of our ability to see greatness in small things. Where is beauty to be found? In great things, like everything else, are doomed to die, or in small things that aspire to nothing, yet know how to set a jewel of infinity in a single moment."

Creating Your Own

Tea Ritual

You probably notice that when you drink tea, you feel calmer. If you savour the various sensations: the aromatics, the warmth running down your throat and the way your hands feel around a mug, it's easy to understand why. Tea, because it is served hot, must be sipped slowly. The physical act of slowing down can impact your thoughts and in turn slow them down as well. This is why people often turn to tea when they need to unwind: it is a relaxing ritual in and of itself.

Drinking herbal infusions every day is a beautiful way to honor the plants and nourish your body, mind and spirit.
