Refund policy

Kirsten's Apothecary is fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to be happy with our products. Due to the process required to make each small batch of Kirsten's Apothecary products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on dissatisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, please promptly let us know and we will be happy to replace it. If this is the case with your item, please send a detailed note and a photo of the product and the packaging for us to provide to our shipping company for reimbursement, within seven days of delivery to us at info@kirstensapothecary.com. Following this seven days, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
