Lymph Lover

$32.00

*nourish, cleanse and stimulate the lymphatic system*

Lymph Lover is an herbal blend that combines calendula, cleavers and yarrow to create an extract that may promote the optimal health of the lymphatic system. These three herbs may work synergistically to nourish and support the lymph fluids of the body.*

Tincture Blends: The herbs merge their properties in the process of maceration and enhance one another’s actions. There is a catalytic effect from this merging and blending of energies. The whole becomes greater than the parts.

Tincture drops can be put directly under tongue, diluted in water, or put in hot water to drink as tea—the alcohol evaporates and the medicine stays in the water. A 2 oz bottle usually lasts about 2 months, depending on your dose and how often you take it. Tinctures have a 5 year shelf life when stored out of extreme heat and direct sunlight.

The Ritual

Create a ritual out of brewing and drinking these teas by making a large mason jar at night before going to bed. Allow the tea to infuse on your counter overnight.

In the morning, strain your tea (save the herbs for a second brew) and drink as much as you'd like prior to reaching for your coffee, while watching the sun rise.

Add hot water to the herbs to brew a second jar and sip on the tea throughout the day. Warm the tea, on the stove, as needed. Try this ritual with the Nourish tea blend. Notice the changes you feel after a month or two of implementing this ritual.

Start unwinding around 4:00pm, this corresponds to the Fall Season energetically, by brewing a large mason jar of the Moonlit tea. Savour it throughout the evening and if possible while watching the sunset.

"When tea becomes ritual,it takes its place at the heart of our ability to see greatness in small things. Where is beauty to be found? In great things, like everything else, are doomed to die, or in small things that aspire to nothing, yet know how to set a jewel of infinity in a single moment."

Creating Your Own

Tea Ritual

You probably notice that when you drink tea, you feel calmer. If you savour the various sensations: the aromatics, the warmth running down your throat and the way your hands feel around a mug, it's easy to understand why. Tea, because it is served hot, must be sipped slowly. The physical act of slowing down can impact your thoughts and in turn slow them down as well. This is why people often turn to tea when they need to unwind: it is a relaxing ritual in and of itself.

Drinking herbal infusions every day is a beautiful way to honor the plants and nourish your body, mind and spirit.
